We will be happy to speak with you for an initial complimentary consultation in person or by phone. Together, we can decide whether our services and your particular needs are a good fit.
Our Outline and Pricing Process
Once our team is working with you, we will research and prepare our outline detailing the particulars for your project, which you will be billed for. We will then present the outline specifics, which will also include all estimated fees for the project. Charges will be added accordingly if there is a major change to the original concept or additional work is added. There will be no additional charges to the original quote unless authorized in advance and signed by the client. We will ask you to sign the outline/agreement and return a copy to us along with the first installment of the project fee before we begin.
After the initial meeting and the gathering of all necessary resources and materials from you, we should be able to communicate for the remainder of the project by fax, phone, or e-mail. Additional meetings will be billed at our hourly rate of $60.00.
Revisions Are Included in the Price
Revisions are included in the original quote. We will do up to two revisions per project. Clients have thirty days from receipt of final copy and/or graphics to request a revision. We will do revisions based on concept changes, but the time will be billed to the client at our hourly rate of $60.00.
Payment Options
Final payment for the project will be due upon completion. For larger projects, we can split the fee into three installments. Stock photography will be billed separately and will be charged per photo.
